Annual Fee:  $100 before Dec. 31, 2010 - Includes: Men’s Club Dues, AGA Handicap and $5.00 Hole-In-One Club. 

         $110 after Jan. 1, 2011 -  Includes: Men’s Club dues, AGA Handicap and $5.00 Hole-in-One Club

                   Note:  Remaining amount of money goes into a food and prize fund throughout the year.

 

Entry Fees: Members will pay Green Fees plus $17 event entry fee.  The event entry fee will be for a Merchandise Prize Fund.  In addition to the entry fee, there is an optional $5 skins game. (Skins will be paid out according to flight handicaps.  Open Flights are Gross Skins.  Senior Flights are Net Skins.)

 

Sign-up and Cancellation Policy: Deadline for entry is Thursday Noon, with a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.  Players who no-show two times will be required to pre-pay for following events (non-refundable).  All Men's Club events more than one day will be paid in full on the first day of registration.

 

Reduced Rates/Preferred Tee Times:  As a Men's Club Member, you will only pay $45 in peak season for green fees and cart 7 days a week.  Men's Club Members may make tee times 8 days in advance.  The general public may make tee times 7 days in advance.  When calling for tee times, be sure to identify yourself as a Men's Club Member.

 

Hole-In-One Club: Pool will be divided among those making hole-in-one in 2011.  50% will be awarded in Merchandise Credit and 50% towards a HIO party.

 

Senior Flight: Any member age 55+ is eligible to play in the Senior Flight. Payout is based on Gross and Net scores (1/3 of field).   Optional skins are also Net payouts.  When participation warrants, Seniors will be divided into two flights.  Seniors must have at least 6 players in each flight to be divided.

 

Changing Flights:  When a player changes from one flight to another, the points you have accumulated will not transfer with you.span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  You will carry only your participation points to the other flight.

Major Tournaments: There will be two (2) tournaments that will be considered Majors: The Club Championship (Gross and Net  in Open and Senior Divisions) & The President's Cup (Gross and Net  in Open and Senior Divisions).  PLAYERS MUST HAVE PLAYED IN AT LEAST FIVE EVENTS (PRIOR TO THE EVENT) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MAJORS.  First place tie to be broken by playoff on the course.  Scores will be posted to the AGA as “T” scores. 

 

Payoff: Tournament winnings will be in Merchandise Credit.  Credit cannot be used for Green Fees, Carts, Lessons, Club Repair, or Food and Beverage. One-third of the field in each flight will be paid  (for example: 9 players paying out 1/3 of the field = 3 places).  Ties will split position money.  Money will be awarded for Gross and Net places.  Points will be based on Gross and Net scores.

 

For all Individual Gross/Net Events, Las Colinas is putting an extra $25 into each flight.  In the 1st Open Flight, the $25 will be awarded to the next Gross Place.  In all other Open and Senior flights, the $25 will be awarded to the next Net Place.

 

Closest to the Pin winners will receive $15.00 on the books.

 

Player of the Year Award: Player of the Year is based on the number of accumulated points throughout the calendar year who accumulates the most points in Gross and Net.span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  See Point System for information.  Rounds will be awarded to the top Gross Player and the top 4 Net Players in the Open Flight and the top Gross player and the top 4 Net Players in the Senior Flight.  No player can receive both Gross and Net rounds of golf.

Handicaps: New members without an established GHIN # will play to 80% of HDCP for the first four rounds.  New members with an established GHIN handicap will use their index for the first three rounds.  Once a player has played 3 rounds his handicap will be figured on Tournament scores.  Handicaps will be figured as follows: Subtract your score from the course rating (70.8 for Open Flight and 67.6 for Seniors), multiply by 113, divide by course slope (123 & 112 respectively), average best 5 out of the last 10 tournaments scores and multiply by .96.
